A Study In Pink Characters
Meet your favourite Sherlock characters in A Study In Pink.
I have no idea how many times I have giffed John in this scene, but it’s… A LOT. :D

This will also probably be my last gifset for a while- going on vacation soon (and missing the first 3 episodes of Breeders 😭😭😭) and not back until mid August.

Obligatory morning reblog, which also includes a slight fix on Molly’s gif. Thanks to @swissmissing for pointing that one out to me.

EDGE OF OBLIVION

by helloliriels | a final ‘12 Days of Johnlock’ concept manip

Sherlock is an arrogant theorist, unused to battle. John is a wounded hero, unused to losing his … Together, they form an unlikely alliance.

And while Sherlock knows sentiment to be a chemical defect, only found on the losing side … he also knows now … what it means to lose everything.

The final problem? How to end this war … with the Angel of Verdune still at his side, and his humanity intact!

☄️Edge of Tomorrow AU concept | I guess it’s Christmas in July?😎 (ideas living rent-free in my head) (and i’m making it everyone else’s problem)

Anyway if you see this you have to reblog and tag with a delight from ur day – even the littlest thing counts

It was the perfect temperature to sit outside in the shade in my garden and read, with just enough wind to keep the bugs away.

Just a reminder… Authors can see the notes you leave when you bookmark something and don’t mark it ‘private’ on AO3…SO, just be thoughtful of that, ya know?

Just a reminder: What readers put in the bookmarks is for readers, not authors. You will never see what readers write in the bookmarks unless you go looking for it. So, you know, dead dove.

I submitted a cold query to my dream job today after literally weeks of obsessing over it and putting it off because of imposter syndrome, thinking no way am I qualified, they’re going to be like wtf is this get out of here, but when I finally finished putting together the cover letter outlining the reasons why I’d be a good fit, I was like: I would actually be a good fit for this.

Quick update, the project leader wrote back in a way that sounds promising, saying they may be able to take me on board later this year once the project gets rolling. This may be a gentle rejection but I am choosing to take it at face value. I mean, he could have either not responded at all or just said no.

Cautiously optimistic: I got an email yesterday saying they are moving forward to the next step in the project and would like to have me come in for “an initial informal meeting that is not (yet) a job interview” in their exact words, including the parentheses. Curious!

Watson wrote this while glaring with an arched eyebrow to his husband. (Said husband was busy lying with his head on Watson’s lap as Watson is sending the email from the couch)

Oh my dear Watson how didn’t you punch him, best of humans.

Electric car drivers in continental Europe: I am thinking of travelling to Austria from Switzerland this summer with an electric car and have a few dumb questions:

Do all charging stations have a standard plug? (Type 2)

Do I need to bring my charging cable with me or is there always one at the station? Will I need any kind of adaptor?

Do I need to have an app or can I pay directly cash or debit like for gas?

Do I need an internet connection to use a charging service?

Thanks for these any any other tips!
